"Back again and more beautiful than ever -- the page boy with the center part, a style never surpassed for simple, understated elegance."

Sandra Dee's Dos By the Dozen

Seeing Sandra Dee's name, all I can think about is that song from Grease. "Look at me, I'm Sandra Dee. Lousy with virginity."

I'm sorry if anybody else now has that song stuck in their heads.

I have a problem...

I decided to organize my magazines and put them in chronological order. It's a good thing I did because there were some magazines I forgot about.

In case you're curious, the biggest stacks are from the 40's.

A few of my favorite things

Do you have any favorite posts from this blog? Mine is the overlay pomp.

Cutting (...)

Someone cut out the picture that was on the other side of this article so a big chunk is missing at the top! (You can see part of an image that is cut off.) It doesn't seem like it took any of the instructions, but I apologize that it is incomplete. I'm not sure what the complete title is either.

When I bought this the seller didn't mention that there were big sections removed. That's so frustrating! Not the first time I bought a magazine that was missing some of the important parts.
